You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of the site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions and prices accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or product availability at any time without prior notice.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed through the methods offered at checkout. Custom-tailored orders may require full payment before production begins.

Custom-tailored items are produced to the measurements and specifications you provide. As these pieces are made to order, they cannot be cancelled once stitching has begun, and they are not eligible for return or exchange except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for full details.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within the window described on our Returns & Exchanges page, subject to the conditions stated there. Custom-stitched items are excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethnic Elegance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products purchased through it.
