What can be returned

Eligible for return / exchange
- Item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging are intact
- Request raised within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (your order) is available
Not eligible
- Custom-stitched / tailored items (made to your measurements)
- Items marked non-returnable on the product page
- Used, washed, altered or damaged-by-use items
- Innerwear and certain hygiene-sensitive products
Custom-stitched and tailored pieces are crafted to your exact measurements, so they cannot be returned or exchanged. Need a fix? Request an alteration instead.
