How long will my order take to arrive?
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location. Custom-tailored pieces take longer as they are made to your measurements — you will see the estimated timeline at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all orders over ₹1,000. Orders below that carry a small flat delivery fee, shown clearly before you pay.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Most ready-to-wear items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and have their original tags. Custom-stitched items are made to your measurements and cannot be returned. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
How does custom tailoring work?
Choose your garment and start the tailoring wizard, where you select your pattern and provide measurements step by step. Our tailors craft the piece to your specifications. Because each item is bespoke, tailored orders cannot be cancelled once stitching begins.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. All online payments are processed securely.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists available sizes, and our Size Guide includes detailed bust, waist and hip charts in both inches and centimetres, plus tips on how to measure yourself accurately. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships you can follow its progress from your account. Visit your orders to see the live tracking timeline for each order.
